Quiet, safe, and clean rooms in a fancy area.
During my stay at La Piccola Maison, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The self-check-in process felt impersonal, and I didn't see any staff during my time there. It was frustrating that the lift was not operational when I arrived, making my trek up to the third floor with luggage quite challenging, especially after a long day of exploring.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Barberini metro stop. The area feels safe and has some wonderful local eateries serving authentic Italian cuisine at reasonable prices.
The lift was out of service during our stay, which made carrying luggage up to the third floor a bit challenging.

I had a wonderful three-night stay with a super comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The tea and coffee facilities were a delightful touch, and I appreciated having a safe and fridge in my room. However, I wish there had been a trash can in my room. only small ones were in the bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in the heart of the city, just a short walk from iconic Via Veneto and the major attractions like the Sistina Theater. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home during our family's week-long stay.
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly amenities would enhance the experience.

I stayed in a Single Room with Private External Bathroom for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean. I loved having a safe and fridge in the room, which made things convenient. Plus, there were tea and coffee facilities in the hallway, which was a nice touch. Just a heads up, I wish there had been a trash can in the room, only small ones were in the bathroom.

would absolutely stay here again.
Had a cozy stay in a room with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The decor was neat with hardwood floors, and the bed was super comfy. Clean towels and toiletries were provided. Access to the upper floors was via stairs, but it was worth it for the space and amenities. Really enjoyed the spa bath facilities, too!
